BikeSeekers Submission Terms
By submitting a motorcycle listing or any other information to the BikeSeekers marketplace, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Dealers and Private Sellers using the platform.
1. Accuracy of Information
– All information provided in your listing, including but not limited to the condition, specifications, price, and history of the motorcycle, must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
– Misleading or false information, including deceptive descriptions, incorrect pricing, or failure to disclose important details, is strictly prohibited.
2. Responsibility for Information
– As a Dealer or Private Seller, you are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide on the BikeSeekers marketplace.
– You acknowledge that prospective buyers rely on the information you submit to make purchasing decisions, and any false or incomplete information may cause harm to the buyer.
3. Prohibited Listings
– Listings that contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information are not allowed.
– Misrepresentation of a motorcycle’s condition, mileage, ownership history, or any other significant detail is considered a violation of these terms.
4. Consequences of Violations
– BikeSeekers reserves the right to take appropriate action against Dealers and Private Sellers who submit false or misleading information.
– Violations of these Submission Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account and removal of your listings from the marketplace.
– BikeSeekers may also take legal action if deemed necessary in cases of intentional fraud or misrepresentation.
5. Review of Listings
– BikeSeekers reserves the right to review any listing or submission for compliance with these Submission Terms. However, BikeSeekers does not assume responsibility for verifying the accuracy of information provided by Dealers or Private Sellers.
– Listings may be edited or removed by BikeSeekers if they are found to violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.
6. Indemnification
– By submitting a listing, you agree to indemnify and hold BikeSeekers harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the information you provide. This includes but is not limited to disputes, claims of false representation, or legal actions from buyers.
7. Changes to Submission Terms
– BikeSeekers reserves the right to modify these Submission Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the marketplace will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
By submitting a listing or any information on the BikeSeekers platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Submission Terms.
